Hi all

When I dis connect the auto pilot the warning siren sounds ...but it will not stop even after pressing the necessary buttons etc it will only stop

if I re activate the auto pilot...I have tried re installing but no change  I have the 777-200 base pack plus up dates and the 300 expansion..

An Introduction document came along with your T7, see pg 0.00.46 paragraph under heading "I turned off the autopilot, but I can't silence the alarm:" That should help you.

Have you tried disengaging the autopilot by pressing the button on the yoke in the cockpit? Or are you using the autopilot disengage bar on the MCP? It is not normal procedure to disengage using the bar on the MCP.

 

But remember when you press the button on the yoke, you have to wait about 1.5 seconds before pressing it again, that should silence the alarm
