I would like to resort the scenery files without running FSX to do it.

I use one called 'Scenery Config Editor' but can't remember where i got it. I expect Google will find it.  I couldn't be without it now.

My all-time favorite is SCM2004. Originally made for FS9 but works with FSX also. I've tried Scenery Config Mgr, but personally like SCM2004 better.
