I noticed that the audio quality of the voices is slightly lower and more 'metallic' compared with the 737 NGX. Is there a particular reason for that?

Everyone's voice is different. I did run most of the audio through noise reduction filter to get rid of static and crackling that can sometimes happen when people record their voices.
