Why would you email them? PMDG does not do product support by email. As far as I know, they never have.

Go to the main PMDG web site, click on the button marked "Support", then select "Product Support", which will take you to a page which clear instructions on how to fill out and submit a product support ticket.

Support by email was stopped in 2010, if I remember correctly. The ticket system they use now is a lot more efficient, and a lot easier to follow up. Both for them and the user.
