With the new V1.1 option to not pop up the ECL, the FO isnt checking off the items.

That's because the FO needs the pop-up in order to tick the items on the ECL.

 

The FS2Crew FO is placing simulated mouse clicks directly on the pop-up.

Am I missing out something? In v 1.1 there is an option to force the ECL to close, where is the option to not pop up the ECL? The option not to pop up the ECL is the option to perform paper checklist and it has been there since v 1.0, hasn't it?

Yes there is a new option in 1.1.

 

A user wanted to check all the ECL items by himself instead of having the FO do it (and not use the Paper Checklists).

 

Hence the option.
