December 3, 201411 yr I like the guide at the following link - http://support.precisionmanuals.com/kb/a87/how-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-fsx.aspx. The only thing I would add is to run a registry cleaner after uninstalling. Add addons one at a time and make sure it works before moving on to another. Commercial addons like FSDT, FlightBeam, etc., and Orbx/FTX should be reinstalled so that the proper registry entries can be made and license software installed.
