Fire Fighting Mission

Recommended Posts

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Last summer there was a nasty forest fire in Siskiyou County in northern California where I was using firebombers DC-4 taking off from KMFR Medford Airport flying across Sisjiyou Country to drop loads of fire retardant and head to land on KRDD Redding for reloading of fire retardant and then fly back across the same forest to drop load on way to land on KMFR and back and forth.

Wow, great shots! From someone who lives in Souther California I see these guys fly over the house on a regular basis, sometimes close enough to see their face! Have the highest regards for these guys

Cheers

Martin

Thanks all for kind words!!

MartinRex, Glad to hear that my screenshots remind you of seeing the planes over your house.

Always3Green,  I will try to make more screenshots out of this same plane BUT I do have new screenshots out of P-3 Orion firebomber coming up waiting for me to edit and publish.

Nice planes and paints.  Do you use FSActiveFires?

Gregg,

I do not even know what FS ActiveFires are and what that does for FSX.  LOL

Once again, thanks for kind words.

Regards,

Aharon
