back with fs2004 shimmering /jaggies

Featured Replies

I just recently reinstalled fs2004 and have really been enjoying the high fps I have been getting with everthing maxed out. (ai traffic, rex, active sky, various addon airports gex,utx and ifly 737) My one issue is jaggies / shimmering. I used nicks guide in simforums (2010) however still getting the jaggies /shimmering. Does someone have a current nivia inspector setting ? (nividia driver I have is 344.65 /inspector version 1.9.7.3) Thank-you

Play with & reduce the 'mips' setting in the display settings. That helps occassionly.

I am now suffering the same with 344.75 as I've recently acquired a GTX 970.  I suspect FS9 is 'broken' since Inspector and nVidia Control Panel are having no effect.  Bummer!

Anybody else out there with a solution?

I turned up my anti aliasing to 12XS  in nividia inspector and this solved the problem without effecting my fps.
