Bryan, in the 737 you can call the flight attendant through a button on the overhead panel and that is reflected in FS2Crew for the 737 NGX, when you push that button you hear the FA voice replying. In the 777 do you confirm that you can call the FA just with the handset in the pedestal, so no way for FS2Crew to intercept a button push instead of having to push the button on the FS2Crew main panel?

The 777 doesn't have the same FA call button as the 737 (different plane :-) )

 

And PMDG didn't model the interphone... so there's no button we can use.

 

So just press the FA button on the FS2Crew Main panel.
