Somehow I can't hear the F.O.

I do hear the PA making announcements, I can talk/listen to the ground crew but my F.O. refuses to talk to me.

(Maybe I was a bit harsh on him after the last landing...)

He does perform all requested actions and does hear me when responding to his checklist items.

 

I have 2 sound cards (SB FX card = speakers, USB-headset = microphone) and both volume knobs are fully open.

I have done the audio test, hearing the woman say: Audio test in progress........Audio test complete.

In the CFG panel my SB card is selected. HS is unselected/off (also tried HS on, no luck)

 

Please advice.

Interesting though: I heared the FO speak out during the Flight Controls test, like: 'Full up' etc

 

P.S.

I remember vaguely an issue in the past where you advised me to replace my sound driver for another one.

In that case, make sure double check your speaker setup in the Windows Control panel.
