The link on the website doesn't work: https://www.precisio...out.asp?cmode=1

This link works for me, but you're not the first person to report this issue. Where are you in the world (country, city, state, etc)? This might help us track down the issue.

Hello,

Thanks for the quick reply and I am located in the United Kingdom.

The link just takes me to a dead webpage.

Thanks,

You're welcome.

What internet service provider do you use?

The link works fine here Alex, located in the UK also.

Different ISP for you, perhaps? Which one do you use?

Hello to all,

Thanks for the help but problem solved, it turned out the link just didn't work in Google Chrome, have tried it in Internet Explorer and it now works fine!

Thanks,

Odd. It's working in Chrome for me, but I'm glad you got it sorted.
