January 7, 201511 yr Dear PMDG, yesterday I bought an extended download service for the 777 LR / F base package, and oppened a TT at 09:58 UTC Until then I got no further feedback from that ticket, and when I check the PMDG Support site it still reads - "Waiting For Agent" On the ticket I included the download extension purchase reference. Is it usual for such a ticket to take so much time to be solved - namely getting back the download link in this case ? Thanks for any feedback.
