Would I like to acquire the sceneries of the software house in object, qual it is your judgment? from the screens they seem inferior to the varied Simflyers or FlyTampa or OSS. What do you say? Grazie !!!

I have purchased all Imagine Simulation, Simflyers and Fly Tampa sceneries. Here is what I think:Of course, Fly Tampa is the best - looks and FPS are top notch.Many of the older Simflyers sceneries are pretty bad on FPS. The newer one are getting better. Taking that in to consideration:I like the Imagine Simulation sceneries. I think they are better than any freeware scenery available for the airports they offer (partially because they have done airports that are not available by any other means). If Fly Tampa did they same airports, they would probably be better but they havn't.KDTW is probably the worst of the three on FPS. I run a lot of ai and that is going to slow things down no matter who creates the scenery. Aside from the concrete textures, I think the airport looks pretty good. In addition, it is pretty accurate.KMSY is the best on FPS but that might be because the amount of ai at KMSY is a lot lower than DTW. I am not very familiar with the real life airport, but I think it looks nice.Honestly, I'll buy an airport if it looks decent and it is not a repeat of something that is available for free. I live in Detroit so so DTW was a must for me. I deal with the bad fps by departing from the airport and not landing at it. It is alot easier to take off with low fps than it is to land. I use the same strategy at Simflyers Chicago, Houston and JFK. Sorry for going on so long. I hope this helps.

Jeffrey's response is probably right on the money. There are two ways to buy sceneries. There are some that simpy buy airports because they are not available from anybody else and they are OK work, and there are some like me (probably minority) that expect certain standard and look for sceneries that meet that standard. Just buy them; they are very good. Don't listen to the constant negativity of people who have nothing better to do than to criticize products they have no intention of spending money on. Imagine's airports are very good, whatever standard you apply.Ricardo
