Runtime Error R6025

If I click on reset i get this message
no matter how many times I start Prepar3d
no other programs are active .

Is there a solution ?

This could be due to any number of things. There have been quite a few members affected by the same error, each with a different cause. A quick search of R6025 should direct you to these topics.

 

What spec is your machine and what operating system do you have? What is your version of P3D and what addons are you running?

 

In my case I found the Aerosoft airbus X had caused the R6025, but as I say above there are many reasons for this.

I recently had a spate of these.

 

Taking the advice of another forum member, for which I am eternally grateful, I turned Tessellation back ON .  Cured!

Turning tessellation on worked for me as well.  What a relief!

I wish this issue could finally be fixed. Pretty pointless having the ability to turn tessellation on and off if it crashes the program when ticked off.

 

I was getting super-smooth performance with it off until it crashed after about 5mins. SInce then I've had to run with tessellation ticked on and accept the drop in performance.

I do not know what kind of GPU you have but you want Tessellation on since it's the only option that really tries to move some of the CPU load to the GPU.
