When you opened the VOXATC voice configurator did you see all of your VOXPOP voices there?

 

I did.  I went ahead and added them and tried again and, this time, they all say test.  But now I get a FATAL ERROR whenever I try to start VOX.  *Sigh*

I uninstalled VOXPop because I couldn't get rid of the FATAL ERROR...now VOXATC is hosed...won't start...period.

 

This is the most frustrating add-on I've ever dealt with.

 

EDIT:  I did a complete uninstall of VOXATC.  I'll ponder whether I want to retry installing. 

Since the last update I always get a vox atc fatal error on start up, unless I have an active flight plan loaded in FSX, maybe you are getting the same error.

It works reasonably well in flight plan mode, but I miss just loading up on the airfield of my choice and requesting a local vfr flight.

Yeah, I reinstalled and got that part sorted out.  I'm still getting late handoffs, not recognized frequency changes and other things.  My last flight, when I was on approach at my destination, it tried to hand me off to the departure frequency of my departure airport.  Kind of spoiled the arrival since I had to land without ATC.

It seems to of gone real glitchy on this latest version.

I do too, but pausing and unpausing the sim always clears it up for me. Hope this works for you and others as well.
