There is no Start  Menu  PMDG Simulations  PMDG   Operation Center  in 8.1, how do I find the POC in 8.1.

Click the start button and start typing on your keyboard "PMDG Operations Center" that's probably the easiest way.

 

I'll keep my opinions of Windows 8 to myself...this time ;)
