Had the same problem and if I save the panel situation with a door open (passenger) it equals out the pressure quickly and the problem soon resolves itself.

Interesting. In my panel state, some doors are open. So it´s possible that i can service the doors after a couple of minutes because the fact that doors are open equals out the pressure?

The PMDG Cold and Dark and Short Turn states both initialise with doors open. That's the part of the problem. With doors open the pressure stabilises at the wrong value, leaving a pressure differential. With doors closed the pressure equalises correctly (the outflow valves are always open).
