How to reset the FMC after activating and executing a route ?

Cycle the navigation database in the IDENT page will delete everything. (Press INIT REF then 1L ) . Not sure if it works with PMDG but it certainly works on the real airplane.

Maybe PMDG could add this as a trick feature? Click 1L on the IDENT page to reset the FMC? It's 90% realistic, but instead of letting you pick the nav database it skips that and resets.
