tesselation

Featured Replies

I cannot get P3D started with tesselation checked.  It always does a CTD and there's nothing in the Windows 8.1 Event logs.

Does the shader folder need to be deleted?

I have got the opposite problem, I can't turn mine off, keeps "checking" the box itself.

Try turning it off and saving the flight as default. Exit P3D and reload - see if that helps.

Hello Bic,  My apologizes for hijacking the thread,   maybe someone would bounce in here and help you with your issue.

Hey Vic,  thank you,  that actually worked, i saved the profile and then restarted PD3, so thank you.  I don't know what it does but couldn't understand why it wouldn't listen to me:)

The default flight saves the settings. So, if you turn it off and fly around for a while, it will be fine. But the next time you restart, it will load the default and turn it back on. Same thing like setting a cold and dark cockpit so you always start with the engines off.
