February 7, 201511 yr When I go to the add/remove programs, I only see two Microsoft SimConnect, shouldnt I have 3 of them? I ran both MSI files in the lib folder and Legacy. I ran it twice but everywhere I look they say you should have 3. Any help? Have the following versions..... v10.0.60905.0 v10.0.61242.0 Anthony Neumann

I ran it twice but everywhere I look they say you should have 3. Any help? I only have two showing in Uninstall Programs, but I think that for some reason they don't all show up. Look in ... \Windows\winsxs\ for folders that start with x86_microsoft.flightsimulator.simconnect_..... and then have a bunch of numbers and letters. Here is an example from my system: C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft.flightsimulator.simconnect_1ed9da73c880e429_10.0.62608.0_none_6994c60660d9a3f3 The part of the gibberish that starts w/ 10.0. gives the version number - in this case 10.0.62608. I have four of these folders, although only two are showing up in Uninstall Programs. Inside each folder is a SimConnect.dll file. If you are not having a problem and see at least three of these, you should be OK. Mike

February 8, 201511 yr I use Simconnect but have none those in Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features under Uninstall Programs. Gerry Howard
February 25, 201511 yr All that indicates is that your SimConnect versions were installed as part of a larger installation package. The only way of determining which SimConnect versions are installed is to search through the Windows "side by side" subfolder: C:\windows\WinSxS for "SimConnect".
