Hello. I really don't understand the difference between Professional and Academic versions. I saw both products but I haven't found any differences. Are there any videos or description about Professional version?

In the Academic version there's a visible watermark that says "Academic" in the upper right.

Actually, there are some differences in what you get. The visible differences are the watermark, but under the hood, there are several different features depending on the version of Prepar3D you are purchasing.

Sorry but this is false, see here: http://prepar3d.com/frequently-asked-questions/. The OP is asking for differences between the Academic and Professional versions, besides the watermark and splash screens the products are identical.

 

The professional plus version IS different and has greater functionality for military training as stated in the FAQ.
