February 25, 201511 yr A fight plan correctly developed and accepted with no discontinuity by PMDG will not be saved. The SAVE option is highlighted but from there on no further alternative is available as the EXC button will not respond. A couple of long-time users of PMDG 737-800 have tried to help, to no avail. Any information which could help me out will be most appreciated. Clarindo Rio de Janeiro - Brazil
February 25, 201511 yr Is fsx running as admin? Does this happen with all flight plans? Have you done a repair of the plane? Perhaps corrupted nav data on the FMC? Have you sent a support ticket to PMDG? All these questions are also suggestions. Hope this helps, 1251452 - Matthew Tan 1251452-Matthew Tan

February 25, 201511 yr Author Thanks a lot, Scandinavian13 and Mathew Tan. Will try your suggestions. The only one I did not understand (my inexperience on the subject) is how to repair the plane. And I have not sent a support ticket to PMDG, which should be the next item to pursue. Again, thanks to both of you.
February 25, 201511 yr Repair the plane is through the control panel. Go into uninstall, but instead of uninstalling, choose repair. Repairing won't erase the plane or activation. 1251452-Matthew Tan 1251452-Matthew Tan
February 26, 201511 yr Author I must, again, thank both of you - Scandinavian13 and Mathew Tan. for the assistance received. The problem - at last - is solved. Following your recomendation about Administrative privileges, I have started FSX and now the PMDG Boeing 737 allows the flight plan to be saved. In the process I also learned about repairing an aircraft, instead of having to delete it and reinstall. In this case I did not attempt repairing as the Administrative option solved it. Have a good day.
