"Short" stage different P3D

Featured Replies

hello

i obiously just bought the p3d version of the 737.

However, now that I got everything installed right, I wanted it to launch as a "SHORT" stage, so i can use it with GSX. But, the stage looks different. The MFD is almost blank, just like the navigation window..

Am I missing something here?

The panel states from FSX were causing issues in P3D so I had to rebuild them. The panel states are slightly different, but not by much.

It's recommended that you reset the IRS between each leg, even on a quick turn (the IRS reset only takes about 7 minutes +/-, so it'll be done by the time you've done everything else to get ready to head back out anyway). This is why you're seeing blank screens.

reset? that is the the same procedure as aligning... Right?

Edit: Got it.. cheers. was easier than I thought.. had to refined my knowledge about C&D ;)

Actually. I am back at the post... I even after the displays are alive, I finish setting up everything, I start takeoff roll, adn I hear the beeping, I usually hear when flaps aren'set. And I have no clue what it is.

I can't remember the exact triggers, but check the following:

Parking brake off.

Flaps set.

Trim in green band.

Spoilers NOT armed. (If you're used to flying this MD-11, this one is the one people usually screw up.)
