Yes on PMDG T7, but base on personal experience and different youtube videos,I don't think so.

A little nitpicky. Besides, it's probably a limitation of the sim. It doesn't quite come with accurate light dispersion modeling. If it did, night time would be a little more like...well...night.

The only light I see is the white navigation lights, which can definitely be seen from the cabin.  The white lights are visible from behind, the red/green position lights are only visible from certain angles just like sailing ships.
