March 30, 201511 yr The tutorial #2 states on page 92: Copy waypoint TESGA into scratchpad, then enter TESGA over the waypoint GMH,thus creating a shortcut. The problem I am facing is that it does not work ! Same for any other waypoint shortcuts. To the scratchpad works ok but not from the scratchpad back. I started the program using "Before take off". Did anybody encounter the same problem ? What causes this I wonder. Thank you Hubert WErni Herbert Werni
March 30, 201511 yr I thought it might be a problem with NAVDATA updates. My FlightSim Commander (updated last month) still has TESGA in it's NAVDATA file. I need to redo the tutorial just for proficiency, so I'll report back when I get to that stage. I'll update NAVDATA to the current iteration before I begin. It may be a few days. This section of the tutorial just shows you how to cut a corner ... pretty simple. Dennis Trawick Screen Shot Forum Rules

Thank you Hubert WErni I just loaded PMDG ver 1D FSX tutor# 2 (tutor files I copied from the Steam folder) to test and I see the same problem you reported. I am using the current Navigraph Navdata cycle. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
March 30, 201511 yr Hubert , I had a chance to now test this in P3Dv2.5. All ok. So it looks a PMDG v1D FSX Tutor#2 flight (ready for takeoff ... only one I tested so far) problem only. Have you tested other tutor flights? Edit: Later instead of loading the Tutor flight I entered the route manually ... all ok. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
