service pack question

I am wondering if when a service pack is released or a version update do I need to download each one or the most recent?  Will the most recent have updates from the previous. EX: FS2crew PMDG 777 v1.3 now there is a 1.4.  Would it be okay to just do the 1.4 update?

It depends on the SP... suggest you read the release docs..
