How to know the version of the 777 installed

Featured Replies

Hi,

To know the version installed I hit on the FMC: PMDG Setup > About

It only says version 1.1. So I cannot know precisely which Service Pack is installed?

04MAR15:  1.10.6492 - Various minor fixes
20JAN15:  SP1d 1.10.6320 - Service Pack 1d Update - adds FSX:SE functionality.
08OCT14:  SP1c 1.10.6155 - Service Pack 1c Update
31JUL14:  SP1b 1.10.6061 - Service Pack 1b Update
17JUL14:  SP1  1.10.6036 - Service Pack 1 Update

Is there a way to know precisely which service Pack is installed?

Also I wonder if the Service Packs are cumulative. For example if I want to make a fresh install, I need to install only the base package and the latest update? I do I have to install all the updates one by one?

We're not using Service Packs any more, specifically for this reason (confusion about which SP is installed, and so on - just a version number now).

Open the Ops Center. If you don't get a message about a newer version being available, you're all set.

Now don't forget the latest update will say DVD on the file name, but is ok to update the 777 with. Kyle (above poster) clarified that this morning with another forum post.

Praying PMDG brings MD-11 to P3D v4 (7 years and counting) Will be a PMDG customer for life if this happens!
