Getting outdated message in the FMS even when it indicated the current Nav data update version. Updates installed from Navdata Pro and Navigraph FMS data Manager.

Have you check the "fmc_ident" file in FSX/PMDG/NAVDATA folder to see if the date is correct? If not, you can still modify you're self easy just changhing the line "OpProgram" with the date you want. For ex. I have the 1408 cycle and change my FMC date untill august 2015, so I have no out of date message. It look like this:

"[ident]
NavData=AIRAC-1408
OpProgram=FEB10AUG20/15
CoData=JEP-1408"

If the date is correct, you should verify the date from the sim when you get this message, because maybe is out of range of FMC date.

When the AIRAC has expired, the message will come back, unless you buy yet another cycle - which is hardly necessary for offline flying. Therefore I consider the message a "default" one and don't bother much about it.

Moderators may want to remove your e-mail address from your OP, as that may lead to tons of spam mails otherwise.

If you change the date by you're self it won't come back :P

Make sure that the date of your loaded flight in FSX is actually today's date. If you are loading a flight that you previously saved at an earlier time, it will load with the date you saved it. You can go to the "Time and Season" menu to check what date the sim thinks it is, and correct it if necessary.

...or it's just my birthday.

Don't go running off on wild theories about release dates. We don't provide those, remember.
