I was actually not sure about the 4k video... when I published it, I noticed that playing it back on smaller devices, such as iPads, rendered the cursor of the SuperManipulator practically invisible.  If your X-Plane screen resolution is smaller, of course, the SuperManipulator cursor will be better visible... but this 4k video does do a nicer job at displaying the quality of the panel. :)

Oh, and I don't think I mentioned this in the video, but starting with this plane, the copilot only shows up when a payload weight threshold has been reached.

And BTW, thanks for the support, LAdamson!

Shame that none of the Cardinal versions have an autopilot. :-(

I owned a Cardinal RG and while it was very nice to hand fly (also had an autopilot), in a Sim I consider an auto-pilot to be mandatory.

If you purchase this you will always have an autopilot for all aircraft in XP and much easier to tune the radios (assuming you have an IoS mobile device of course).

Hi Peter… Thanks for the link, I've been an air track owner for many years now.

None of this addresses the fact that the plane should have an auto pilot in the virtual cockpit panel is the thing. I really like the immersive eps of staying in the virtual cockpit for most everything is all.

@TurbineSeaplane - yes no what you mean - at least we can take a rest from time to time with this great app.

Dan - despite the lack of AP I am really enjoying this plane. Everything seems that liitle bit tighter - groundhandling much more linear, sounds are fantastic, engine start seems much more relaistic, much less trim required. New manipulator is great - tried it with Cinema Verite and it works like a dream. The reflections are excellent, love the one or two pilots based on weight, the livery change, the retractable gear option. Also love the carb heat gauge - not seen one of those before - seems to be a bit needy for carb heat though; I have had a few warnings come up even on taxi. But overall loving it - currently making my way up from PAJN to CYSE in short hops.

cheers
