How long does it take to receive a new key these days? I think I might have spammed the thing a few weeks ago, and don't want to do it again. I have fixed my problem "with a new pc" so I take it old key wont work?

It took a few days to get a key the last time I needed one.

If you sent an email in the requested format to the right address then the process is automated and you should get a key back in a couple of hours.

 

Did you send the email from the same address as that used to buy RC4? If not that will require manual intervention by JD. If you haven't had a response in 24 hours send me a PM and I'll give you JD's private email.

 

And no, your old key won't work. Even a change of HDD will require a new key.

i have been trying for a week now, tired of this key crap  i paid for it so let it be downloaded and done.
