June 2, 201511 yr I have been trying to get into the support ticket site with no luck for quite some time. I am registered, have used it before. I can't get a reset, new password, nothing. June 2, 201511 yr Support is a separate log in to your PMDG account. So you will need to register at the support section then you will be able to seek the help you need. June 2, 201511 yr Author Badfinger....I know the log in for the Support Ticket is different from logging into the PMDG site itself...I'm registered for both. I sent a request for a password change and got nothing. I tried to re-register as well and it already has my email address in the system. Until my account on the Support Ticket desk is deleted, I can't do anything... Captain Alex B.
