Badfinger....I know the log in for the Support Ticket is different from logging into the PMDG site itself...I'm registered for both. I sent a request for a password change and got nothing. I tried to re-register as well and it already has my email address in the system. Until my account on the Support Ticket desk is deleted, I can't do anything...

I have been trying to get into the support ticket site with no luck for quite some time. I am registered, have used it before. I can't get a reset, new password, nothing. Is there anyone that can help me with this? Would like to get my MD 11's up and flying again. Thanks

Hello all...I have a problem when opening the forward cargo door. When I hit Shift+E+2, the forward cargo door opens, but it then disables the throttle leaver for engine 1. It won't move at all. I looked to see through the Level D menu if the key assignment could be changed, and nothing. Hoping maybe some of you might have another idea... Thanks

Hello...Been looking for some Customer Service for this, but brought me to the forums... Trying to purchase the PMDG 747 for FSX, and when submitting credit card info, says my address for the card on file doesn't match my billing address. I've used the card when the T777 came out, and had no problem...have tried it on my laptop and flight sim computer...same thing, address on file/doesn't match what PMDG's records have. If anyone at PMDG Customer Service would be so kind to contact via email it would be nice. Thanks

Flaps are X axis, and yes the box is checked for reverse. So I can keep it real...pull the lever down for flaps

Hey guys (and gals) I couldn't find this question anywhere in these forums... I use the Saitek yoke and throttle and rudder peddles. During flight, the flaps will just deploy, causing an overspeed. Any idea what is causing this? Using FS9, Win 7 Thanks

Hey I was over at the Vatsim forums and ran across this. I have been having the same problem too, at certian airports. But the link to repair isn't active. Is this the correct link or is it the one posted earlier from flight1so?

Like some others here, I have a mixed hanger as well...the only plane I've pretty much retired has been the CS 757, since flying the QW 757. Since i got both FS9 and FSX and the PMDG 777 will be for FSX, I'll be going between them both..Got a big rig to run them on (at last)
