June 15, 201510 yr Probably a futile question because there won't be many or even any other Corel people around...Does anyone know if the Photoshop plugin can be made to work in Corel Draw suite? Or if there is a similar Corel plugin that works?I don't really "need" the plugin because I have developed my own ways of creating similar, but it may make life slightly easier. June 16, 201510 yr Author Hi John, I already have the plugin, I just can't fiddle it to work ideally with Corel. Quirky. I was just wondering if perhaps another Corel user has the answer. June 16, 201510 yr The answer is given at simmerspaintshop as well , by placing the TWO other dll's needed in the main folder of PSP . The " other " dll's are mentioned when downloading the plugin .
June 16, 201510 yr Author Ooops! Another new thing learned. That makes today a success. ll go check all that out and see if it wors for Corel Draw suite Chris Brisland - the repainter known as EagleSkinner is back from the dead. Perhaps. Or maybe not. July 7, 201510 yr I've been a Corel customer for years, and had resisted switching to Photoshop, but these new and more complex paint kits out there has forced me to switch. I even tried the Corel 64bit programs, and no joy. Johnny Rosario
July 7, 201510 yr Author I am surprised at your problems Johnny. I see from your other post that you are "only" using PSP - that's the equivalent of Photoshop Elements, i.e. not really a full blown graphics program. More comments in that thread. On the other hand, you can create paints using Windows Paint. If you're extremely masochistic and have more time on your hands than Methusaleh. I even did a (slightly cynical) tutorial on that some while ago in a now-dead forum. Chris Brisland - the repainter known as EagleSkinner is back from the dead. Perhaps. Or maybe not.
