Network Will NOT CONNECT with ASN and P3D2.5

Subject: Unable to connect my network - NO FIREWALL ACTIVE

I'm out of ideas, I cannot connect ASN to P3D 2.5 via network with B5589 and/or B5617. I installed ASConnect_P3D_install.exe on the server computer and I installed simconnect.msi (the one located in the P3D2.5 sub folder redist/interface/fsx-sp2--xpack/retail/lib) on the client computer.

All I see is: Waiting For Simulation

I've had this working for YEARS, all of a sudden this new install won't connect... Working on this for DAYS NOW.

My Setup is as follows

Client Computer - In My Documents
----------------------------------------
[simConnect]
Protocol=IPv4
Address=FLIGHTSIM-PC
Port=19284 // NOTE: Originally had 500 didn't work, then noticed your program using 19284 so tried that, didn't work.
MaxReceiveSize=4096
DisableNagle=0

Hi Everyone,

I found the issue, man I'm getting old...

The fixed Simconnect.xml

I wish it was as simple for me. I had ASN working for such a long time and then the IP of my FS PC changed. I changed the necessary files to reflect that, but ASN now refuses to connect over the network. I tried everything - re-intalling on a different PC, checking all the config files etc. It just doesn't work. Pretty much ready to drop it and find something else.
