It was implemented somewhere between Line Number 1029-1046, I forget the exact number but in any case all frames going forward from and including 1046 are fitted with the digital clock on the PFD. With that being said, EK has 12 77Fs currently, and only 4 do not have the digital clock. -EFD/E/F/G.
