I had a similar problem when I first installed the 747. It failed every time I entered my correct info, over and over and over. Then I simply exited the installer and started all over again. Then, on the next install attempt, the same info worked and the installation continued. So, perhaps quiting the installer between failed install attempts helps in some way. Also, make darn sure you don't have a firewall in your way (including the WinXP version) Go figure...Al

Guys Guys Guys. I can understand yoru frustration but do you really think PMDG is out to screw you? I have a guees on how many copies of thi is being sold and can imagine there is a bit of confusion going on with the sales. Just relax. You will all get your copies of the darn 747. I makes me laugh when people praise PMDG then 2 mins later they are all mad at them. Just give Randy and the boys some time to figure this out and we then can all meet up on VATSIM.

To all those clamouring for support, sit back and think for a moment.The more popular liveries had over 900 downloads. Now lets says that a quarter of those had problems due to the server overload, thats 225 people emailing support at pmdg. Add into that emails for support for their other products, and emails for any other business. Seeing that the servers got back up to speed yesterday, 225+ emails to wade through and problem solve is not going to be a quick process.Then again maybe it is better to just accuse them of theft and underhandedness and make yourself sound stupid.
