My flights with Aerosoft Airbus in P3D v2.5 usually end with 3.9 VAS usage. I'm thinking of buying FS2Crew but I'm afraid I'll push it over the OOM edge. Approximately how much VAS does FS2Crew use?

Not that much, but at 3.9 you're right on the edge anyway.  You should turn your sliders back a bit even if you don't use FS2Crew.

We have tens of thousands of happy users, most of them are repeat customers.  VAS is a non-issue for us.

 

The real enemy of FSX memory is 3rd party scenery that use extremely heavy textures.
