September 13, 201510 yr Confirm you ran installer for NGX base package as administrator and it installed to FSX without any error. My understanding is that when you select the NGX from Free Flight, it appears normally in the preview window but after it loads the aircraft does not initialize and and is a dark cockpit. This is an unusual problem in FSX, which is why Kyle asked if you were using FSXSE or P3D because there are a few things that usually happen in those platforms like this. The only issue I can think of is licensing and you didn't mention if that step worked okay for you or not. You might get to a solution quicker if you open a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com Dan Downs KCRP
