I downloaded the Norwegian 738 winglet repaint from the Op Center and one thing I noticed is the callsign in the aircraft.cfg file

 

The callsign, in the fsx voicepack, is "nor shuttle"

 

You have "norshuttle"

 

fsx isn't going to call you that unless it's "nor shuttle"

David, this will get lost in the user forum. I recommend any bug report be forwarded to PMDG on a trouble ticket. That ensures that valid bugs are kept in their bug tracking system and next time the developer touches that item it gets fixed.

Until PMDG update the livery, it's really easy to fix by editing the relevant aircraft.cfg file.
