October 1, 201510 yr HI, I'm trying to reinstall PMDG 737 NGX onto a new machine. I have no longer have access to the original email connected with the purchase but do have the product key number. My issue is trying to contact PMDG support to seek help in this situation. I seem to go around in a circles in the PMDG website , never being able to actually post a ticket. I am registered ! I assume I am missing something obvious here but after a couple of attempts and a lot of frustration, I'm going out to the community for help. PMDG had one of the best support processes in existence but now I cant even seem to make contact. So two issues, how can I reinstall 737 NGX 800/ 900 and how do you make contact. I can find the page but not the button to press !!!! Regards Michael

To make things clear for you, there are two sources of support. This is the user forum. You get help from others just like you. PMDG Product Support is here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com The support accounts are not the same as the sales accounts. Create an account in support then you can submit a ticket. Let them know in the ticket what your previous email was and they will update the account for you. Dan Downs KCRP
October 2, 201510 yr Commercial Member Michael- You do not need access to the email you used at the time of purchase. You merely need to know what email address you used as your account email- then sign into your account and review your account history. While you are there- update your account email address and then you will be back up to snuff. If you have trouble doing this- the way to get customer support directly is exactly as dan suggested above. Robert S. October 2, 201510 yr Author Thank you Major Dan, the trick was that that I needed two registrations one for product and one for support. As I said I thought I might be missing something obvious ( although not too obvious on reading the page ). So I can now post a ticket and that has eliminated my frustration. Mike
