How does one find TEC Routes using the Digital AFD??

Tom, I'm not sure I'd even try.  There are a number of on-line tools available to help search, including one from the FAA: http://www.fly.faa.gov/rmt/nfdc_preferred_routes_database.jsp .  And another one based on FAA data: http://www.iflightplanner.com/Resources/PreferredRoutes/ .

I find it easier to download the whole .csv database  ( http://www.fly.faa.gov/rmt/data_file/prefroutes_db.csv ) and importing into an excel type program and either sorting or filtering for TEC (~5500 routes) then filtering or sorting for Orignation/Destination.
