last week i got the keys from you (PMDG T7 and 737) - great pleasure to use with an ipad (and/or browser on second PC....)

Since sunday they seem to be no longer accepted. SimServer shows "view only" for both aircraft.

Version 2.1.1

 

Any hints?

Hi Harry,

 

did you copy over your license keys (.lic) to the new location? Did you by any chance reinstall Windows?

If you are still having issues, please contact me directly (foti.mark[at]gmail.com) and send me the LogFile.dat.

(g - i did a new W7 setup some days before to get a clean P3D-Rig and kick w8.1- and it´s not my hobby to do this every day - beside the fact that it takes 3 days to setup w7, p3d, global ultimate etc. etc. ...)

I did not touch the .lic-files since the initial install/copy from your mail.

(did this again a few minutes ago - no cigar).

W7 not touched as well - last and single! update KB3035583 on Oct. 08.

Hi Mark!

I've the same problem. Got my keys for both PMDG planes in november 2015. Everything worked flawlessly since a few weeks ago, but now Simserver (2.5) shows me "view only" license status. I'm running Windows 10.

I had the Full Control version working in Win 8 (NGX).   Went to Win 10 and now I only have the "View Only" license model.   What is the procedure to change this back to Full Control?

Folks,

the license is tied to your Windows installation. If you upgrade to Win10, you'll need to get a new license.

Just send me a new license request and I'll sort you out.
