October 15, 201510 yr Author Yes they were all made for FS9. I uninstalled FS9 several times and had it reinstalled on a different drive from one where I installed FSX. Each time I clicked on the add scenery button it crashes.
October 15, 201510 yr Try modifying the scenery.cfg file manually using Notepad. It's not difficult. I never use the Add Scenery button. Dijvid
October 15, 201510 yr ..... or use FSNavDBC function to manage sceneries ..... if you use FSNavigator that is .....
October 16, 201510 yr Does a default FS crash before you add any scenery? You said you have done several installs of FS9. Was it crashing only after you add scenery?Is FS9 on your Windows drive or is it elsewhere? If it's on your Windows drive is it installed out of program files? Mark Daniels
October 16, 201510 yr Author FS9 crashes before I add a scenery. I have moved FS9 to another drive which is drive F:/ problem solved...I modified my scenery.cfg file...thanks guys
