October 26, 201510 yr Hoping this belongs in the right place.. Below is a screenshot showing the issue, basically at night time the ground texture becomes a mish-mash of green, yellow, and brown squares in no logical order. It mainly affects default airports, and only on the grass parts. It isn't game breaking, it just looks pretty bad. I've looked around to see if someone else has had this issue and a solution, but not found anything, however that could just be because I'm not searching with the correct terms. Thanks in advance for any help with the issue, or pointing me in the right direction.
October 26, 201510 yr I get a pretty similar effect. I always figured it was to do with the sim rendering texture being hit by aircraft lights, and the game just not doing a great job of it. Though it may be affected by different aircraft (ie different lights?) What aircraft are you using?
October 26, 201510 yr Looks like the stock FSX airport ground texture to me. My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
