Night Scenery Issue

Featured Replies

Hoping this belongs in the right place..

Below is a screenshot showing the issue, basically at night time the ground texture becomes a mish-mash of green, yellow, and brown squares in no logical order. It mainly affects default airports, and only on the grass parts. It isn't game breaking, it just looks pretty bad.

I've looked around to see if someone else has had this issue and a solution, but not found anything, however that could just be because I'm not searching with the correct terms.

Thanks in advance for any help with the issue, or pointing me in the right direction.

I get a pretty similar effect. I always figured it was to do with the sim rendering texture being hit by aircraft lights, and the game just not doing a great job of it. Though it may be affected by different aircraft (ie different lights?)

What aircraft are you using?

Looks like the stock FSX airport ground texture to me.
