October 31, 201510 yr Quick question. I used to like flying the Fokker back in the day in FS9. Question is, does the Fokker pack work with FSX Steam Edition? I have the CD version. Thanks. Callum.
November 2, 201510 yr Good ole Google search seems to reveal that this add-on is a no-go for Steam Edition FSX. Sorry. So many "legacy" products were developed for FS9 and FSX and won't work in Steam. Nearly 75% of the add-ons I loved years ago are dead now. Appears almost all Flight One and DA products are only working on FS9 and FSX boxed version. Even a large number of those add-ons that do work aren't officially supported. :( - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired

It worked fine for me in FSX-SE, not in P3D though. Wybe Witteveen VATSIM S3 Controller | Dutch VACC
November 2, 201510 yr I can't say anything about the DA Fokker, but the DA Piper Cheyenne works great in P3D 2.5 Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
November 2, 201510 yr Author Might try again. Had a bit of trouble with it. No chance of a service pack now though sadly :(
November 3, 201510 yr I can't say anything about the DA Fokker, but the DA Piper Cheyenne works great in P3D 2.5 Weird. So does the Cheyenne work in SE? That was a plane I put a lot of hours on in FS9. Loved it. I wish there was a list that told us what worked and what didn't. Every places go online seems to give conflicting reports. Some are just dated. Others say no because the developer didn't provide a true installer or update for SE. - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired
November 3, 201510 yr This is a bit away from the OP's topic Weird. So does the Cheyenne work in SE? That was a plane I put a lot of hours on in FS9. Loved it. I don't know, as I don't have SE. But if you have the FSX SP2 version of the Cheyenne, it should work I believe Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
