How do i install aircraft?

Recommended Posts

Hi there all, been away from the sim for a few weeks after an unsuccessful start with it, but, now that it seems a bit more stable, I am going to start adding my hanger.

I have installed the a2a Cessna 172 to the same drive as the sim and have
4 folders for sim objects, effects, gauges and fonts, which is I believe the future way of this sim.

My question is this, how do I let P3dv3 know how to find my aircraft?

I  dare say its been asked already but I had a look through the SDK and its all gobbledegook. I know its to do with the cfg but just need some pointers. Many thanks, Terry

If you check the A2A website, there is an v3 update to run that applies to many of their aircraft.

I don't have the Cessna 172 but have other A2A aircraft installed within the P3Dv3 folders exactly as per v2. They work fine.
