As we know FSX GMT time in different countrys wasn't right and we had to use FS REAL TIME do we still need FS real time for P3D V3 or has it been corrected?

I use FS real time for all my flights in P3Dv3. I'm not aware of any time (zone) corrections in P3DV3.
