I noticed that in sop 3 flows and checklist refers only to wx radar turned on by pf. Who turns on the terrain one and when?

I'm sorry but it says turn on wxradar which is weather radar. Nothing about terrain. In legacy it was clear because capt turned on terrain and FO wx radar. Here FO doesn't do anything. I'm talking about sop 3. He does not even have nd configured for takeoff.
