Do you need all components?  Case, OS, etc?

That will be really tight for FS.  Are you using it for FSX only?  If so you'd be ok with a pentium G3258 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117374

mid range Z97 mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157507

8gb ddr3 ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

GTX 960 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487091

Then you'd need a quality PSU (corsair/ seasonic - 550w minimum), case....50-100 bucks there

OS - 100 bucks

Yeah could be tight

Could get away with an Asus H81 Plus to shave some cash off, and should still get that 3258 to 4.2ghz+ no problem.  Rest of Ryan's build looks solid

hello kyle, did you consider looking at what's on second hand market ?

I just bought a i7-4790k / GTX970 computer, just as new (very clean), still under warrantly (6month old) for only 900€ (value 1400+100 for win10pro)

I think you should look just in case there is a good deal waiting for you in your neighboor
