Hi all I am looking for any advice for decent PC parts but the challenge is that a only have a budget of $800 dollars. This will be my first PC build so any advice is welcome and appreciated!

Do you need all components?  Case, OS, etc?

Could get away with an Asus H81 Plus to shave some cash off, and should still get that 3258 to 4.2ghz+ no problem.  Rest of Ryan's build looks solid

Thanks for your replies! To answer Ryans questions, yes it would only be for FSX/P3D. Also, I have a copy of windows 7 already so the os is not a problem.

hello kyle, did you consider looking at what's on second hand market ?

I just bought a i7-4790k / GTX970 computer, just as new (very clean), still under warrantly (6month old) for only 900€ (value 1400+100 for win10pro)

 

I think you should look just in case there is a good deal waiting for you in your neighboor
