Need some serious help please

Featured Replies

I installed the trial version today on my FSX PC. After several restarts of the PC/Pilot2ATC/FSX I can get a "connect" to FSX. The connection verifies the frequencies of the radios, shows my plane at KSAN, and even reports that I have the incorrect frequency st for comms. That's about all that wil work though. Almost any button I try gives a LONG pause, blank or gray screen which usually gets back to normal with the cursed "unhanded exception" error. Basically it reports that some subsystem, or network is not responding. I don't have a clue about what I am doing wrong.

I went through all the config tabs with  the manual in front of me and thought all settings were okay but obviously they are not.

Any help appreciated. This program is what I'm hoping will replace RC4.

Thanks in advance.

Notes:

FSX installed in D:\FSX

Pilot2ATC installed in F:\Pilot2ATC

Sometimes CPU or Memory resources are not adequate to handle FSX and Pilot2ATC.  Generally, 8GB of memory is a minimum, although with some aircraft that use less resources, you can get by with 6GB.

CPU, i7 is best, but with a good graphics card handling FSX, you can usually get by with an i5 or equivalent.

Thanks,

Dave
